Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the provision of cleaning services ("Services") by OnHome LLC, doing business as OnHome Cleaning ("OnHome Cleaning," "we," "us," or "our"), to clients ("Client," "you," or "your"). By booking, scheduling, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Services Provided
OnHome Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to: Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, and Commercial Cleaning. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or business for any reason and at our sole discretion.
2. Service Areas
We currently provide Services in Marin County, Napa County, Sonoma County, and Solano County, California.
3. Booking and Access
- a.A valid credit card on file is required to confirm any booking.
- b.Payment will not be charged until after completion of the scheduled Service.
- c.The Client must provide access to the property at the scheduled time of service. If our staff is unable to access the property within ten (10) minutes of arrival, the booking will be considered forfeited, and the Client will be charged the full booking amount.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- a.Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled Service will not incur a charge.
- b.Cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled Service will result in a charge equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total booking cost.
5. Payments
- a.All payments must be made via credit card kept securely on file with OnHome Cleaning.
- b.Payment will be processed after Services are completed.
- c.Any outstanding balances are due immediately upon receipt of invoice.
- d.Late payments may be subject to late fees. Clients are responsible for any collection costs and reasonable attorney's fees incurred by OnHome Cleaning to recover unpaid balances.
6. Liability and Insurance
OnHome Cleaning is licensed, bonded, and insured. While we exercise the utmost care in providing our Services, OnHome Cleaning is not liable for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, improper installation of items, or damage resulting from the Client's failure to maintain property conditions. In the event of any damage directly caused by our staff, OnHome Cleaning's liability shall be limited to the cost of repair or replacement, subject to our insurance policy terms.
7. Client Responsibilities
- a.The Client must disclose any hazards, safety concerns, or special instructions prior to Service.
- b.The Client is responsible for securing valuables and fragile items prior to Service.
- c.OnHome Cleaning is not responsible for lost or misplaced items unless directly caused by our staff.
- d.Clients must secure pets prior to service. OnHome Cleaning is not responsible for pets escaping or for accidents involving pets.
8. Health, Safety, and Hazardous Materials
OnHome Cleaning does not clean or handle hazardous materials, including but not limited to blood, bodily fluids, mold, asbestos, lead, pest infestations, or chemicals. If such conditions are discovered, Services will be terminated immediately and the Client may still be charged the full booking cost.
9. Service Satisfaction and Complaints
Any complaints or concerns about the quality of Service must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of completion. OnHome Cleaning will make reasonable efforts to address concerns, which may include re-cleaning affected areas. Refunds are not guaranteed and are provided at the sole discretion of OnHome Cleaning.
10. Force Majeure
OnHome Cleaning shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, accidents, utility outages, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
11. Photos and Documentation
OnHome Cleaning reserves the right to take non-identifiable before-and-after photographs of areas serviced for quality assurance, training, and insurance purposes. Personal or sensitive items will not be photographed.
12. Right to Refuse Service
OnHome Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or terminate Services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe working conditions, inappropriate Client conduct, or failure to comply with this Agreement.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
